RGX METHOD

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

RGX Method is operated by Richard Gregson. This notice explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit rgxmethod.com, calculate your macros, enquire about coaching or become a coaching client.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, this may include your name, email address, contact details, age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, training history and the calorie or macro estimates generated for you. A coaching application may also include information you choose to provide about your health, exercise readiness, injuries and lifestyle.

How we use your information

Our lawful bases

We use information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a coaching agreement, to perform a coaching agreement, to pursue legitimate interests such as operating and improving the service, or where you have given consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Who receives your information

RGX Method uses third-party services to run the website and coaching service. These currently include Webflow for website hosting, Mailchimp for email and lead capture, and 1FIT for coaching applications and delivery. Each provider processes information under its own security and privacy terms. Information may be processed outside the UK where a provider uses international infrastructure, with the provider responsible for appropriate transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide coaching, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, subject to any limited record needed to respect that request.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer, or object to certain uses. You may withdraw consent at any time. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute.

To make a privacy request, contact RGX Method through the coaching enquiry link on the homepage and state that your message concerns privacy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
